Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Homeowners Association is at this time reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to improve the value of life for all residents while addressing ongoing concerns and facilitating a thriving community.

  • Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments thoroughly and submit their comments by September 1st.
  • A community forum will be held on September 8th to discuss the proposed amendments in greater detail.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to enhance the visual appeal of our community by adding shrubs, cleaning up public areas, and encouraging a sense of belonging.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the HOA Office.

A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!

Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program.
